“Called today in a pinch. I needed a place to get my stuff in immediately. I spoke to Chuck, and he was so pleasant and helpful on the phone. He really helped assess my needs for storage and helped me make an informed decision without breaking the bank! When I got to the office, he was courteous and pleasant. He offered superior customer service. My unit that was assigned was clean and ready to go. Convenient location, easy to get to. I much prefer this storage place over any of the big chain places that pull you in with one price and then you get slammed with another.
