“I have had a unit for a year now and this is such a great place. The unit is temperature controlled and very spacious. They have carts you can use and you are able to pull your car into a garage to remove your belongings. You don’t have to do it in bad weather! The staff have been super helpful and they are very knowledgeable.”

“Great facility, but once you take a unit the fees skyrocket - mine have gone up about 10% every 6 months. Started at $80, now over $145!! They should reward long time good customers, not penalize them.
I found one solution. Pay for 2 years all up front and they lock the rate. They keep the money, not you, but if you can afford it, I think it's a better move.”

“I reached out to many different storage places a lot of them were very overpriced not very friendly then I came across SNAP BOX not only were the prices wonderful the customer service was fantastic the property manager took us to where our unit was reviewed everything in detailed answered all the questions we had definitely a great experience looking forward to storing our belongings there.”

“My girlfriend sold her house in Pennsylvania and moved to Manchester to be with me. My first 10x20 storage unit was not going to be big enough to fit all her belongings, so went to the rental office and spoke with Chuck about a second unit. Lucky for me they had 1 available. I reserved it on line and Monday morning met up with John. Again, as with the first unit, the process was simple and fast. John went over and above to help me in anyway he could. I can't say enough for everyone at American storage. Thanks John for everything you did to make a stressful situation easier.

“My wife and I recently completed a major home renovation, which required us to store our household belongings for several months. After extensive research on self-storage facilities in the Toms River area, we chose The Storage Mall on James Street—and couldn’t have been happier with that decision.
We rented a unit there for eight months, and from the moment we registered to the day we retrieved our final items, the entire experience was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. “I rented from U-Haul for more than two years on Route 70 in Manchester Township and I have nothing but glowing things to say about the facility. Always clean and accessible. Always felt that my belongings were very secure! I also wanted to say that the on-site Manager, Pamela, has been just outstanding for whatever questions I may have and any assistance. I would recommend this particular facility to anyone!”
“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I have had other storage units at different businesses, and moved everything from them to here! Prices are far better than ANY Public Storage (specifically the company "Public Storage") facility in my area. My only complaint is Brick Self Storage doesn't have enough units just for me! (I currently have three) The owner is on site 6 days a week, the office is open 7, issues are dealt with promptly (never had any except a light bulb in the hallway was out!!) The facility is well lit, easily accessible for small or large vehicles, the climate control is in a reasonable range (not barely warm in winter or barley cool in summer like Public Storage was for the three years I was there) This is "My Place" now! Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and easily accessible and clean. Can't ask for more. DO NOT waste your money at Public Storage (there are several in the Brick area) come straight to Brick Self Storage and get the first unit they have available!”

I rented a uhaul for an arts and crafts fair and she was so helpful and patient letting me see see inside both sizes she had available so I could figure out which would one work best. I appreciated that so much, and saved me some $ knowing I didn't need the lager one. Thank you!!!”
