“My personal experience with renting a space from snap box couldn’t have been any better. I called the number on the website and explain to the person who answered what I was looking for as far as the size of the unit goes and verified a few things like Price, Security and the hours that the office was open and the hours that you were able to access the storage facility.When I arrived at the storage location the manager was expecting me. The office was clean and organized. Check-in was fast and easy. I explained to the manager what I was looking for and he walked me out and opened up and showed me the unit, it couldn’t have gone any better.”

“I have had my 10 x 10 unit for YEARS at extra space storage. My whole life is there due to becoming ill and having to move out of my two bedroom house. Besides furniture and household items, I also have many items that cannot be replaced that are sentimental. Extra space storage has gone above and beyond to make sure that my property is safe and any issues that I’ve ever had, Mr. James Abrams was an absolute pleasure to speak with and helped me in a timely manner to get everything resolved! I would definitely recommend extra space storage At 1864 US Route nine in Toms River!!!!”

“I had a nightmare of a move using College Hunks to move my stuff out of 2 pods into my storage unit. They were so bad!! They said they had to leave before they put everything into the storage unit because they realized they did it all wrong and it wouldn’t fit unless they pulled everything out and did it right so they just left me there a70 yr old woman alone with 1/2 my stuff outside the unit and no one to help me. Out comes Kim from Public Storage. She was so kind and helpful. She allowed me to use an empty unit to get the rest of my stuff in with the help of friends and she even said she never saw such a terrible move by movers in her life! Kim saved the day for me! She was my hero! She is so sweet and kind. She is such a lovely person. Kim is a ROCK STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I have had other storage units at different businesses, and moved everything from them to here! Prices are far better than ANY Public Storage (specifically the company "Public Storage") facility in my area. My only complaint is Brick Self Storage doesn't have enough units just for me! (I currently have three) The owner is on site 6 days a week, the office is open 7, issues are dealt with promptly (never had any except a light bulb in the hallway was out!!) The facility is well lit, easily accessible for small or large vehicles, the climate control is in a reasonable range (not barely warm in winter or barley cool in summer like Public Storage was for the three years I was there) This is "My Place" now! Friendly, helpful, reasonably priced and easily accessible and clean. Can't ask for more. DO NOT waste your money at Public Storage (there are several in the Brick area) come straight to Brick Self Storage and get the first unit they have available!”
