Had an awesome experience with John at this location with my upgrade and added on features. John is well versed in his profession and made it easy to understand the new specs of the phone. Terrible!!!! Waited for about 20 mins then when it was my turn The sale rep was absolutely rude n didn't even take the time to possibly help me with my issue ! When calling Verizon Customer service they helped and solved my issue after stating the rep could have helped me in store !.

Verizon customer for 24 years ! I went to the Lacey Verizon store. My family and I upgraded our plans and phones . Three of us were in and out, with new phones and covers, and no problems , in about an hour. Our sales rep Chris Simcsuk, handled everything including our trade ins and saved me some $.
Highly recommend.

I stopped in to the store today to have my phone checked out and Ashley and Jon were able to help me get everything back in order. I would recommend this store to anyone needing a new phone or just help with their phones. They were wonderful.

Went into the store to get an issue fixed and I worked with Ashley. She was great very helpful. We have worked with her before and I would recommend anyone that needs help or has questions to see her. She is just amazing

I came into the Lanoka Harbor store about a question with my bill after my brother went to another location to get a new phone and ended up getting ripped off. Ashley sat down with me and went through everything on my bill and was able to resolve all of the "extras" they added to my bill. This is my second time at this location and I would recommend this store to anyone.
