Anytime I have an issue with my devices or curious about new promotions I hear about the sales reps at the Lanoka Harbor store are always very helpful with everything . I always tell my friends and family about this location. Good customer service, clean store is always a win for me!

I finally found a Verizon store that I'm very happy with. I was going to change carriers but because of Ashley I will stay with Verizon. I wish everybody was like her. Answered every question I needed to be answered So Like I say great customer service from Ashley. Fixed my phone so it works perfect but I'm gonna get another one. Thank you Ashley so much for your help and I will be back for my new phone!!

Let me just start off by saying, there is no one I would go to than ASHLEY!!! Run do not walk! I am beyond thankful for her support, patience, expertise, and flexibility when I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone. Long story short, my phone was struggling to transfer all the information to my new phone. It took all of Saturday and did not work. She allowed me to take both phones home to continue to try (while checking in on me on her personal phone throughout the night while not working)! Then Sunday morning it still did not transfer so she met me at the store on her day off to figure it out!! After 3 hours, she figured it out when she did not even have to come in that day!!! Truly over and beyond!She is beyond what a normal worker would have done in my situation and I am very well aware of it. Giving me reassurance and making the situation calm during a stressful time of not having a phone for 24hrs was appreciated! Ashley, took the time on Saturday night and Sunday morning she was not working to assist me!!! I have no words, but thank you!!!Verizon is very lucky to have a personable, trusting and genuine sales associate like Ashley!

I came into the store 20 minutes before close and Jon Kaiser helped me out with my issue. My phone was not working at all and got me a new phone after store hours. He was very patient and explained the whole phone to me. I appreciate him for staying late to help me with my issue and would recommend him to any of my friends and family!

best cell phone store - Natalie was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the new promotions. She was able to pull up my account and uncover several ways to save me money that I had been missing out on for a long time while also getting me the new IPhones and watches for my family! Definitely recommend going to this store and working with Natalie! She’s the best!

Unfortunately this is the worst customer service experience . Went to purchase a new phone and we wanted to speak with customer service regarding an activation fee that we felt was unnecessary which we have the right to do. The customer service agent we were speaking to was unprofessional from the beginning of the transaction and when customer service was called he got angry and rudely yelled to “ You are gonna get me fired! Good luck with that!” And walked away . Any customer has the right to contact the main customer service number . We did contact customer service and they stated that customer service agent in store could have waived the fee and Verizon ended up crediting us that money. Would recommend going to a store that has friendlier customer service agents.

My husband and I went for new cell phones and Jonathan Kaiser really helped us out. Not only did he set up our new phones but he also came to our house to set up our new WiFI with Verizon He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. We would definitely recommend him to our neighbors.

I went into the store to see Ashley for a tech question and she was able to answer that and show me options to get me into a new phone. She was so patient and kind it takes me a little bit to understand things and she was able to get me all set up. The store is amazing and she was so pleasant to work with. I would recommend her to anyone. She took time to explain everything to me it was a great experience.

So my husband and I just left the horizon store and we had the pleasure of dealing with John Kaiser. Wow what a wonderful person. He had so much compassion and patience with us and he was with us for almost 2 hours. We would definitely recommend John to anyone as he was just great. Thank you again john!!

My husband and I have been with Verizon for 30 years and we were going to switch to another service provider after a bad experience in Toms River branch. But we went to Forked River branch and Ashley Donaldson changed our minds and made us happy with an upgrade and her great customer service. I highly recommend coming to this branch ask for Ashley.
