“I moved to HM Village Pharmacy after many years with CVS Don Conner Jackson NJ. After many changes in personal and pharmacist, the newest one is really unfriendly and nasty to the customers. So I moved.
From the very first time I walked in Eric had a smile on his face and when I told him that I wanted to move my prescription to the Village Pharmacy on Cooks Bridge Rd. Jackson he was delighted to help me.
Since I’ve moved, a few of the support staff from CVS have become employees at Village Pharmacy. Every time I walk in to pickup a prescription Everyone is happy and greets every customer with a smile and willing to go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the customers. I couldn’t be more happier to be a customer at HM Village Pharmacy.

“After dealing with various CVS pharmacies as well as Walgreens, I became so frustrated at the complete lack of competent staff. I don't like to complain, but it was seriously appalling. After being recommended this pharmacy, I mean wow. These people are total professionals, very friendly, and get everything right. And if there are any issues with insurance, or if I have any questions, they explain everything to me, so that I feel well-informed, and they always help me resolve the issue. “This is normally the supermarket I use to fill in a couple items here and there when necessary mainly because it's more conveniently located, even if their prices are normally higher. That being said, they normally have a good selection of fresh produce that is decently priced and Boars Head cold cuts which I love. Today I was pleasantly surprised by their prices being a bit more reasonable and some great sales. I wish they had more "no sugar" items, but they are obviously on the upswing. I may even look at their circular from here on out. We'll see”

After tons of calls to my insurance, CVS, and the medication company, and even dragging my baby to CVS, I decided to transfer my prescription to ShopRite (transferring even suggested by my insurance) Betsy the pharmacist is amazing!!! “The CVS pharmacy inside Target in Howell, NJ is the only pharmacy me and my fiancé will go to. The pharmacy staff is the biggest reason for this. Bijal, Hunter, Remy, Jatinder and more are all just wonderful human beings and fantastic at their jobs. They will get everything you need done quickly without sacrificing quality and without disregarding your needs. Your prescriptions will be filled faster then you’d expect but they will never make you feel rushed out, if you need explanations or more information about medications or vaccines they will take the time to go over whatever you need. They are all extremely knowledgeable but also humble enough to admit that they don’t know everything and when they don’t they will make sure to either find the information out for you or provide you with the resources you need to do so. I cannot say enough about the excellent service at this pharmacy, we’ve been going for years and have no intention of ever switching to a different location.”

“So I live next to this pharmacy and it certainly is like a mom pop shop. It can take a day if meds need ordered like any smaller pharmacy because it doesn't make financial sense to keep lots of expensive meds. The staff in general are very nice and you do get a relationship with the. However recently they have hired new staff making some changes and some of the personalities are not very good at Mom pop type interaction especially with seniors since the majority of the customers are from the seniors next to it I have only had one poor situation after being a customer for four years. That is good because everyone has at least one bad day All around I certainly would recommend this pharmacy overall certainly beats using any chain pharmacy by far.”

“Massive place but I think that is typical for the suburbs. They have everything you need in here but need a map to know where to find things. The produce section is usually pretty clean and they do a nice job at the deli counter as well. There sometimes is a line but it moves quick. The bakery section also has a bunch of cakes/pastries that I usually get as well. The croissants and chocolate chip cookies are my jam. ShopRite does it right!”
