“I go to your store at least once a week to get milk and various cleaning stuff and paper goo goods. I go to Jackson usually, Never have had a problem. Today I went to get several things and needed a cart. There were none outside, or inside . I settled for a few things a put them in the small basket. I am 75 years old and mentioned it the the blonde lady who checked me out. I told her the were no carts out side and it was pouring rain and I could no go looking for one because I was afraid of falling. She very nicelytold me that the next time I should bringmy kids to help me????. I won’t return to that store!”

“Five Below — The Store Where I Go for “One Thing” and Leave With 47 Items I Definitely Didn’t Need
Five Below is basically the Costco of small stuff — you walk in for a phone charger and suddenly you’re debating whether you also need a mini disco ball, neon slime, scented markers, a yoga mat, and a pack of inspirational socks that say “You Got This.” (You do. But not for $5. Yes for $5? Absolutely yes.)
This place has everything. Candy? Enough to single-handedly rebuild a childhood. Tech gadgets? Half of Lakewood’s chargers probably started their career here. Toys? Let’s just say if you bring a kid inside, you better have the emotional stamina of a Navy SEAL.
Prices are amazing — dangerously amazing. Every time I shop here, I hear a little voice in my head saying, “Relax, it’s only $5,” which is exactly how you end up with a cart that looks like you’re preparing for a science fair, a carnival, and a road trip all at once.
The store is organized chaos in the best way. You’ll find items you didn’t even know existed, like glow-in-the-dark mini basketball hoops, puffy notebooks, squishy animals, and earbuds that will work beautifully for exactly seven days — but they’re $5 so we don’t complain, we celebrate.
Checkout is fast, staff is friendly, and they somehow never judge me for buying things clearly meant for 12-year-olds. Bless them.

Five Below is the happiest trap in Howell. Enter at your own risk and don’t say I didn’t warn you. Five stars for turning me into a kid every single time.”
“Amazing Savings in Howell is basically the Beis Hamikdash of bargains. You walk in “just for a minute,” and suddenly it’s an hour later, the wagon is full, and you’re trying to chap how this all started with “I only need one plastic tablecloth for Shabbos…”
They mamash have everything – dishes, toys, snacks, crafts for the kids, party supplies, random things you didn’t know exist but now are chiyuvim for your home. It’s the kind of place where you meet half the neighborhood in the aisle and end up farhering each other on who found the better deal.
The prices are classic “Amazing Savings style” – you look at the tag and say, “Nu, for this price, take two, it’s a mitzvah.” Perfect for stocking up before Yomim Tovim, last-minute birthday presents, or when the Rebbetzin decides the whole playroom needs ‘organizing bins’ right now.
Store is spacious, aisles are well stocked, and the staff are friendly and patient even when you’re shlepping three carts and asking a million questions. For heimishe families looking to stretch the budget without giving up on nice things, this location is a must-know address. Five stars – and a strong hazard: “I’m just running into Amazing Savings for five minutes” is the biggest bubbe maiseh of all time.”

Store itself? Totally fine. Clean, stocked, classic Dollar Tree experience. Just understand this is not the place for Pokémon card optimism. Come for snacks and party supplies, not packs.

“This is my third Dollar Tree location, and overall it’s solid. The store is clean, aisles are mostly organized, and it’s easy to get in and out without feeling overwhelmed. You can tell there’s effort being put into keeping the place presentable.
Not quite perfect, but definitely one of the better Dollar Tree experiences.

“I have been going in looking for Dumplings for a few weeks. Every time I came in Nicholas Lardieri was there smiling, and willing to help anyone that walked in the door. Always a warm smile and friendly tone. He even told me about something similar to Dumplings to hold my kids over. Without his input I would not have known about the other toy that made my kids equally happy.”

“I love 5 Below overall but the prices are starting to get expensive even here. There are tons of things that aren't actually 5 or below like they used to be. But the stores great and they have a big selection. The kids love coming here for all the candy and toys.”

“manager Sandra and stocker Tyson are amazing in this store. they are so helpful and kind. this used to be one of the worst dollar trees in manchester, i have been coming in here for years and had terrible customer service, attitudes, everyone in the office sitting around talking while theres one cashier on the floor. now i come in and im greeted at the door by tyson with a great big smile, he helps everyone with their bags and sandra is running around helping customers and helping the cashiers all with smiles and i watched her opening her boxes and putting so much stuff out on the floor. i went in on monday and felt so happy with the service, absolutely amazing. not to mention all the great upgraded stuff. i am so happy with this dollar tree now. im hoping with this post they get recognition or a raise or something. keep up the good work you two.”

“This particular Dollar General is located just outside my neighborhood so it's convenient for me to go to this one. However, it's very messy and not very well stocked. The employees are overworked and dragging through their day. I've had a few vent to me about working 70+ hrs a week, every new employee they higher quits within the 1st few days. I see the same 2 women employees working daily. It's quite obvious that the brunt of this store's operation is on their shoulders. They are unable to keep up with the daily tasks with it just being them. You can see that the store is taking a big hit and is becoming run down. It's a mess.. plastic on the floors, many palettes of merchandise are taking up the floors every which way you turn. Something needs to he done.”
