“Great cars that are open on Sunday though they close at 4:30 everyday although the time on Google maps says 5:00 very important for people to know this you will not get a car if you come after 4:30 probably they give you extremely clean cars”
“Ely and little Mike are amazing every time. They always have what i need and prices are great. Can always make a reservation which is nice because other rental places in the area do not offer the same perk.”
“I had a wonderful experience dealing with a gentleman named Chris from this place Auto Lenders in Lakewood.. He was extremely pleasant, respectful and genuine. And he stuck to his words and truly matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me with what I was working with financially and able to afford.. I highly recommend anybody to come here and do business with these people. I can tell Chris genuinely not only cared about helping me but also cared about finding the perfect fit for me and he listened to everything I said, even if we talked about life things unrelated to cars he s extremely empathetic and had great things to say... I am more than grateful for my new vehicle thanks to Chris and the outstanding performance and assistance he showed me. Thank you so much for being so reliable and helpful in countless ways, Chris. This is a big stepping stone for me and you helped me get here. Thank you!!!!!😁”
“ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. MY FIRST TIME MEETING REGIONAL MANAGER. VERY PATIENT HUMBLE BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT... SHE MADE EVERYTHING RUN SMOOTH AS BUTTER. I LOVE YOU GUYS STAY BLESSED CHARLOTTE”
“Prices are great and cars are great, the workers over there are nice and pleasant to interact with, the system overcharged me by mistake, I called up and was issued a quick refund. Overall great experience with the actual rental. The problem is though that it is extremely difficult to get through to an agent over the phone, whether it's to make a reservation or anything else, please address this issue!”
“My go-to gas stop — reliable, quick, and always a smooth experience Swifty Gas has pretty much become my regular stop — at this point I think the pump recognizes my car before I even pull in. The place is clean, organized, and the prices are usually better than whatever’s going on a block over. Same price cash or credit is a big plus, especially when you’re running around and don’t have time to start calculating cents like it’s a math test. The service is consistently solid. No drama, no confusion, just in and out the way a gas station should be. Even when they’re busy, things move fast. It’s the kind of dependable spot you appreciate when you’re already late and your gas light is flashing at you like it’s judging your life choices. The location is convenient, easy to swing into from the road, and it’s near enough to everything that I always end up there by default — even when I’m not planning to, somehow Swifty becomes “on the way.” All in all, a clean, reliable, no-nonsense place that just gets the job done every time. I’ve been stopping here for years, and I plan to keep it that way.”
“Great car rental place. Under great new management, amazing customer service and competitive prices . All around great experience will definitely come back to swifty in the future”
“Jesse is the absolute best!!! Rented from Enterprise recently and Jesse made the whole process completely seamless. Super helpful, quick, and awesome to work with”
“I recently rented a vehicle from EZ rental Lakewood branch, and the new customer service exceeded my expectations at every step. From 5 minutes before I made the reservation, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy, and met al my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions, ensured the rental process was clear and hassle-free, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. The vehicle itself was clean, reliable, and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the level of care and support provided by the team. Their commitment to delivering a positive customer experience was evident throughout the entire rental period, from pick-up to return. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will not hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates outstanding customer service.”
