So far I can not complain at all. Did my promotion online, got to the unit and it was ready. Even received a welcoming courtesy call letting me know their hours of operation.

While no one was physically in the office during my arrival, the app made it a cake walk to use the security keypad and make my way through the facility, to my unit (where the lock I had purchased was waiting) and back out with the same code
