“Clean ready to store things, get a lock and a code to get in or to leave. Had trouble with the lock. My fingers need to slide the bar, and I had help. Yes great storage unit. Away from a busy street.”
“Very very happy with the service here. Eric, the manager is phenomenal & new employee Zak is such a delight. They are both very accommodating & informative. Thank you guys for making this experience amazing”
“Friendly professional Service. Very easy to to set up and very easy to close things out when you're done with your unit. I'm very very satisfied. Highly recommended!”
“My girlfriend and I are doing our first move together, and it's a big one — New Jersey to Florida. It's intimidating enough on its own, and figuring out how all of our stuff was going to get there was adding a whole other layer of stress.
Then we talked to Jeanell.
She is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever spoken to. She didn't rush us, she didn't talk at us, and she never once made it feel like a sales call. It felt like talking to family — someone who was actually there to help us get through this move, not just book it. She listened, answered everything, and by the end of the conversation the move finally felt manageable. She went above and beyond for two people she'd never met.
We had planned on calling around and comparing a few companies. After talking to Jeanell, we didn't want to. She made the decision easy — she's the sole reason we're going with Pack Rats.
Thank you, Jeanell, for turning something stressful into one of the better parts of this whole process. Pack Rats is lucky to have you.

“Amazing. Michelle was on her lunch break and actually helped me during her lunch break. The service was amazing. I was using public storage on burnt tavern rd, but due to their lack of good service had to find new storage options for my buisness. Also pricing is a 1/4 of public storage. Way nicer facilities. Their are actually people here to help unlike public storage.”
