Salespeople are very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, offering superior product knowledge and guidance from design to delivery. They provide exceptional customer service, taking time and attention to detail to ensure purchases look cohesive. They are responsive in answering questions and giving delivery estimates. They are fabulous with ideas and work with customers on both new items and older parts, even for very custom orders requiring special items. They stick with customers from beginning to end, think of details customers may not consider, and ensure everything is right the first time. They demonstrate superb work ethic, even assisting after regular supply center hours. It is a great place to get plumbing parts and for remodeling, with a team that makes the process a pleasure. Customers report they would shop here again in a second.
Jeff and Bobby made getting a new tub for my remodel very easy. Inspected the item and it was flawless. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Also you can see pride in this supply store, everything is so clean and organized. definitely not my experience at the big box stores!
