“Dov did an excellent job! He was courteous, professional and easy to talk to. Not distant and not robotic at all. Everything he said came true. Luckly they had what I needed in stock and I received a Fedex notification that afternoon of the shipment. Great Job!!”

“In December 2024, I purchased a Chopstir 20610 for my daughter for Christmas to replace one that had given her many years of service. Unfortunately, the new one broke the first time she used it. I contacted your customer service and spoke with Aurora. When I told her of the unfortunate fate of the new Chopstir, she said your company would replace it at no cost. I appreciate it; most of all I really appreciate the kindness as well as the professionalism of Aurora. Thank you for standing behind your merchandise and for having such a genuinely nice customer service representative as Aurora.”

“Great company! Rob F at the Lakewood location and Ed B in sales have been providing exceptional customer service. In recent years, we have started ordering in larger capacity with GPS and the experience has been amazing!”

“Okay, I went there to get a new tub spouse in oil rumbron, bronze Home Depot didn't have and Lowe's didn't have it either? Ferguson was twice the price, but they had what I needed.”
