Katelyn in customer service is the best! There was a delay with my order because of the weather, but Katelyn stepped up and tracked my order. Then, she sent two additional updates to let me know the status and the delivery date. Exceptional service!

I am a new nail tech and I recommend this company because of a few things: customer service is superb, nails polish is very vibrant and they always have a sale or discount going on. If you want to pay in installments they offer Afterpay as well.

Ive ordered several times and everything was ok until this last time, its been 3weeks and no word on where my stuff is.
