“I purchased something through my local Home Depot and somehow wound up with Humble as the delivery service. Today was my scheduled date of delivery and they called me an hour after my scheduled time to say they cannot make it today. I tried explaining to them the inconvenience of this and their attitude was just, “Oh well, deal with it”. The level of unprofessionalism was astonishing. Needless to say, they would not be my choice in the future. I will also be reporting this to The Home Depot because they should not allow this Company to tarnish their good name. Humble’s customer service was laughable at best.
