I called Dale on a Monday morning and went right in for an estimate, after receiving several high estimates from others. “First time here after seeing it on Google Maps. West Trenton and Ewing is so nice! This is the cleanest, neatest, brightest NAPA I seen so far. Unfortunately I have only seen 25 or so, and been inside 7, so there may be more bright spots out there. He had my order filled in 10 minutes during lunch time. April 8th, 2024 a Monday (day of the infamous eclipse). The younger guy was friendly and sharp. I want to think of other things to buy here this week. Probably cleaning products. As soon as you walk through the door...you know!”

“I can't recommend them enough. I primarily worked with Steve Jr., and he provided me with one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm a younger guy, so when I was involved in a minor non-fault accident, I was completely new to navigating the situation with all the interests involved: the other party, the insurance companies, and the rental car companies. Steve Jr. walked me through the process step by step and told me what was going to happen and what certain folks would say (everything, by the way, he was precisely correct about). He arranged a rental within a single day when I had a tight turn-around before leaving for a trip, he did an excellent job advocating for my car on my behalf and getting the fullest extent of what I was entitled to, and to boot, he did some complimentary paint work on a separate scratch free of charge. At the risk of sounding a bit corny, working with Buckingham Collision not only repaired my car, but also helped to repair my faith in people being helpful to one another beyond the typical call of duty--not motivated necessarily by immediate profit, but instead, motivated by the genuine, unselfish desire to help others. It was evident in how he treated me and the rental company he chooses to work with, a smaller company that employs retired veterans. If you find yourself in an accident needing body work and you're feeling unsure how to navigate such a situation, I think you'd struggle mightily to do better than Buckingham Collision.”
“1/11/22NAPA (Flemington) is now my go to store for auto accessories thanks to Rob. I had really messed up my tires…overinflated, under inflated…and was beside myself with worry when I drove my car. I had tried at least three times to rectify the situation on my own but to no avail. I finally stopped in at NAPA and explained my situation to Rob, and he was kind enough to go outside in 14 degree weather to adjust all my tires. One tire was over 50!
