“After jumping my car tonight I drove it straight to Advanced, I was greeted by Al right away. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!”
“Sending a HUGE THANK YOU. I had been camping for three days and stopped at Watkins Glen to snap a picture with my daughter. Little did I know my tire was completely flat. Being almost 5 hours from home on a Sunday night at 7 pm, Knowing everything was closed, I was very nervous and not sure what to do. The guys approached me and offered to help immediately. “First rate customer service, extremely knowledgeable, one of the last real shops out there with a genuine interest in creating something from nothing. I found Mothers via google search and after reading the reviews reached out to purchase a new set of rims for my F150. JR was very polite and walked me through the process while explaining some of the potential risks of switching existing tires from one rim to another. I showed up at the scheduled time and waited with the vehicle. While waiting JR and I chopped it up swapping stories about past and current vehicles, he showed custom projects that he’s working, custom products he sells online , and how he’s able to create his own programs for LED applications. This guy is legit. Definitely will be returning when it’s time for a new stereo system for my Sunday driver. Thanks JR!”
