“Great people and a great company! Every time I go in there I feel like I’m part of the true value family and not just a customer and that goes a long way. The store is always clean and organized, the customer service is Impeccable, and the prices for their products are fair. They are always there to help and are also very honest. I went in needing a special bit for some lag screws that either came in a pack of two or in a box of screws. They didn’t have any of the two packs so instead of making me drive all the way to Home Depot they took one out of a screw box and told me that he’d sell me a 2 pack, give me the one from the box , and when the 2 packs of bits came in he’d save me the other bit. A month passes (I completely forgot about the bit) and Eric hands it to me. That’s what I mean by great customer service, I completely forgot about that bit and wasn’t even going in there for that but he did. I will always keep bringing them my business and highly recommend them to everyone !”

“This has been the trusted hardware store over the years. It's gone through quite a few renovations over the past few decades and still has what you need when you are fixing that electrical outlet or you need a new spray nozzle for your hose. It's the place to go if you need 1 & 1/2-inch wood screws when all you have is 1/2-inch nails. You come here if the Drano is not doing the job and you need a snake for the sink. In the fall, you'll get your metal rakes here to clear the fallen maple leaves in the yard (I prefer the plastic ones). If you are skateboarding behind the Walgreens (formerly Rite Aid), you can easily pick up new nuts or a wrench to secure your wheels to the trucks for a smoother ride. This hardware store has what you need to keep that garden healthy, from shovels, soil, and various garden tools. Last but not least ... Propane ?”

“This place is awesome. It was super clean, had friendly service, was well-stocked and the prices were fantastic. On top of all that, it's one of the only welding supply stores in the state that's open on Saturdays. I only wish there were stores closer to central jersey, although this place is definitely worth the trip.”
“The last time I went to Netcong Hardware was maybe 10-15 years ago. Staff was very helpful finding what I wanted, and the store had a very old-school vibe even back then. But I remember buying concrete blocks for a science fair project WAAAY back when I was a kid and Netcong Hardware was still in Netcong on Maple Street where Family Ford is now. I think it moved to Stanhope sometime around 1980 or 1981. Wonderful to see an old legacy business still in operation after so many decades.”

“I purchased an "in-stock" shed from Amish Mike a few weeks ago. The shed is beautiful, much better quality than the ones in big box store. It is also economic, considering the ones in big box store in "assemble yourself", and "shingles and paint are not included". Highly recommend!”

“Couldn't get what I needed at the other place so I drove the extra 20 minutes to get to Lowe's. They had the parts I needed to fix my sink. They usually have what I need and I don't have to wait weeks for it to come in. Just wish it was a little closer to both houses.”

“When I was faced with a complete kitchen Renovation, I went to Kuiken Brothers in Warwick. After 30 years, my original cabinets fell off the wall! I was completely overwhelmed, but Trish was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she took the time and listened to what was important to me. She designed a kitchen with maximum storage space and it turned out perfectly! She made suggestions that I walked in thinking I didn't want (over the range microwave, crown molding to the ceiling to name a few) and I'm so happy I listened to her! “A wonderful experience! We had been trying to find a place that did curbside propane exchange - all the big box stores expect you to go in and pay still! I was shocked no one was offering a true curbside propane exchange. Station Hardware made it super easy, the young guys working here are so nice and helpful, and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I also got a bag of potting soil, they loaded our car and ran my card inside; we got everything we needed quickly and efficiently. Thanks for offering this, we will be back :) highly recommended!”
