“Local spot for Amazon returns. Always had a good experience and was in and out today. Helpful little things like a piece of tape to seal a small open box are appreciated. Staff always says hello and is never short with customers even the one time there was a rush. UPS store have been a generally all around solid in this area especially this Randolph spot. It has a convenient location and efficient service reps for me personally.”

“Great location! I mostly go in for Amazon returns but I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff. Mihir frequently helps me out and he’s very patient and kind. I can be a bit disorganized. He helps me in any way he can and I never feel like a bother. I definitely recommend this UPS Store! TY to Mihir for being a great human. “My only complaint is the residential street that is used to get in here often cars parked on corner making it very tight getting in with a 53ft wagon and a average sleeper tractor.Unloaded me fast, easy dock to bump, people are friendly.”

“I had such a great experience at this post office that I had to leave a review. I went in yesterday because I had lost my receipt for a package I mailed out, and I desperately needed the tracking number. What felt like an impossible situation, Postmaster John Porada was able to solve. He went above and beyond to help me, and I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.
I also want to mention how friendly the entire staff is. From John to William, to the sweet woman at the front counter with the beautiful blue eyes (I don’t know her name yet) — every single person is warm, helpful, and welcoming. Usually when I visit other post offices the employees seem rushed or a little rude, but that is not the case here.
I’ll never go to another post office. I’m truly happy to have found this one!”

“Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?”

“I really don't understand the hate for this post office. The employees are polite when I go there to drop off packages, and the man who seems to be the manager has helped me out in several issues I've had, with lost internal parcels or reclaiming money after receiving damaged packages.
I remember coming to this place several years ago and the people were just sad and angry. This is completely different. Not wotth their 2/5 rating”
