“Came in today with my husband and youngest daughter looking for 2 mattresses, really only having a vague idea of what we wanted and a couple mattresses we wanted to try but weren’t sure about. Dylan greeted us as soon as we walked in and made the whole process of testing, choosing, and checking out quick and seamless. He answered all of my questions and more. He was very patient with us and our very energetic little one lol I definitely left feeling really confident in our choices, and also covered & supported in the event something comes up. “We came to the Purple store in the Cherry Hill Mall after doing a tremendous amount of research into a new mattress. Krista was very friendly and knowledgable and let us take our time exploring the different pillows and mattresses. I cannot say enough about the staff here as everyone we met was amiable and made the experience a fun one! We settled on the Rejuvenate Premier Queen and it arrived yesterday. Our first sleep was excellent! Krista, thank you for helping us make this big decision! She even helped me get approved through my FSA, which will help offset the price if that is an obstacle. We came back just before Christmas and bought 3 friends the Harmony Pillow (M) because we liked them so much!”

I walked in with one bed in mind, he showed me and then recommended another mattress to try just to make sure it was what I wanted. I ended up going with his recommendation. “Ive been trying to mattress shop for the last few months because I haven't had a new bed since 2006 . 20 years ago and now since I have a partner and such I needed to upgrade and we went to different locations and as did I boop around other places and competitiors. This was the mattress store I went to as a child because I grew up in Erial / Sicklerville for most of my life til my teenage years so im very familiar with the store it was spotless and when you walked in it just has that smell of walking into something from the early 2000s bc Sleepys got bought out by Mattress Firm and so same same essentially but let me tell you when me and partner walked in we were greeted Cantrell was such enthusiasm and energy and the right guy to be a sales man and then we went back later that day with my parents and the girl and him helped us out and me , my mom and my step dad got brand new mattresses and I can say I thought falling asleep would be difficult because it isn't my bed I can say I got a bed that I wasn't expecting to like and its been really comfortable and easier for me to sleep these last few nights even my partner agreed”

“I love how there employees be there to help you it's not like Walmart waiting hours for employee to come back to electronic department. Best Buy employees are there quick and fast to help. I like service like that. And there's products are cheap headphones, screen name brand TV's. Everything I didn't think they will be this cheap. They quality of items is amazing. People think Walmart have everything in cheap but I learn today. Best Buy have items Amazon have in you can get it at there store I couldn't believe. They also have front door greeters I wanted to be fast in and out. I ask a question he told me where, what row, area it was so clean no boxes waiting to be stocked on the displays. You can find stuff fast and I was so amazed that it's not just 3 check out lines to pay every area had a check out in pay register. I'm going to do at Best Buy more often I love the one in Cherry Hill NJ. On, RT70 it's a lot of stores in that plaza. But Best Buy I will always get all my products there.”
“We had an issue with our poly wood outdoor table where cracks developed. I contacted customer service who responded very quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for a store credit for the full amount paid within days. After visiting my local store, I chose a similar poly table and paid the difference. Fortunoff will deliver the new table and pickup the damaged table free of charge. We are extremely satisfied!!!”
