After I left, I had questions, she made herself available to answer them. She was very thorough and didn't try to confuse us. It's a real shame there are very rude customers that will disrespect other customers. I was there today around 12:30 pm and I politely asked someone to move their vehicle so I can leave since they had a customer complaint about a missing item.
Another customer comes from no where to defend her and was shouting and cursing at me. She threatened to follow me home. She wasn't even who was asked to move her vehicle. Insulting my appearance and a vulgar request made me realize I should back up my car and leave accordingly.
Amazing customer service as the crew helped the needy customer and ignored the negative behavior of the person threatening me. Shame on both customers for making the situation worse, for both, in allowing someone to speak on her behalf. I hope you got your car vacuum back but remember that the person who spoke on your behalf also disrespected another customer on your behalf. That was unnecessary. I didn't want to burden management any further as they assisted both awful people. $30 for a car wash doesn't warrant you to speak to others that way. Shame on both of them.
Be better than that customers. This crew works very hard to clean our vehicles. Clean your own car if you can't handle others asking politely of you.
