Usually, when I go into a furniture store, everybody will follow me around and kind of hover while I shop. whereas these two guys were super helpful and tried to match my nightstand as much as possible. “Mahdi was such a pleasure to do business with. I ordered in sept it did take a while due to them not having the specific color I wanted in stock. However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. When furniture arrived the same day they came to deliver and assemble. I recommend everyone to shop with Regency because not only are they local and accommodating but, I searched high and low for this sectional in this specific color. “My husband and I were in the market for a new bed and didn’t know where to start. A Sleep Number commercial came on and we made an appt. I loved that Sleep Number showroom had only a few products so we weren’t overwhelmed with options. Our Sleep Number Pro Todd was beyond amazing. He asked us informed questions about our sleep habits and did not rush us as we navigate our personalized numbers which took some time. Todd even explained what product would best address some of the health issues we were concerned about. He provided pros and cons to each mattress type and answered every questions we had. What I appreciated the most is that he never pressured nor tried to up sale us. Our sleep number experienced was as good as any sales experience can be. We had a good time with Todd and our dream bed.”
