Mrs. G Appliances is a third-generation family-owned retail super store in Lawrence Twp, NJ, with an outstanding reputation for over 80 years. It serves customers from New Jersey and Pennsylvania, delivering products throughout both areas. The business has outperformed and outlasted many retail chains. Its large new location displays over 50 brands of home appliances and grills. Customers report a great experience from the moment they walk in through to delivery. Staff are very helpful, know their stuff, and guide customers well to get the right product. Delivery teams are phenomenal, professional, and friendly, using the utmost care, removing old appliances efficiently without damage, and leaving the worksite neat. Support staff go above and beyond to help resolve issues and alleviate stress. While most experiences are excellent, there can be occasional disappointments, such as receiving an incorrect replacement part. Overall, the service is described as outstanding and incredible.

We only go here for appliances after years of disappointment trying to buy from big box stores. The people at Mrs. G's really know their stuff and are able to guide us well every time. On our most recent visit, Rich got us the right product for our needs and was able to answer all our questions.
