“Lowest gas prices compared to other places in the area. Plus I got the BJ’s capital one card so I get an additional 10 cents off each gallon. This makes it worth it to keep the BJ’s membership in my eyes. Only downside is this location does not have diesel like the 1 in Philly does so we can’t fill our 1 truck there. Other than that, this place can get busy at times but most I’ve ever had to wait was less than 5 minutes so no complaints from me.”
“Solid team in that tire shop. They make sure the work is done right and if there’s a problem they always work and figure it out. No one gives those guys enough credit though. But that’s a conversation for another time. I don’t mind waiting for propane when they actually have a car on the lift and are working. I think they are doing the best they can”
“I highly recommend using BJs tire center. Josh was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a nail go through the sidewall of my tire and he helped me through the road hazard warranty process and also pick out new tires that were right for my vehicle. The whole process was smooth. I will be going back there for my next set of tires.”
“Finally found elubo!!! While in Harlem I kept being told that I needed to go to the Bronx to get my west African ingredients. I finally found the spot that had everything (except plantains... say what?!?!) That lost them a star... went to shop rite and bought 20 for $5 so I feel better now. Really well stocked store though. Loads of options!”
“Purchased 4 tires and made an appointment for installation. When I arrived, I was assisted by Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in less than 90 minutes. He informed me of all the extra services that come with installation and helped figure out best mileage for tire rotation based on my driving habits. He also mention that the way the tires were worn, he'd recommend an alignment. This was in line with what my regular mechanic had suggested. They even list date of manufacture of the tires on the invoice, so you know you are not getting old tires. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend using them.”
“Exhausting to walk through and some items are hard to find due to poor signage. However, there are a great bakery and deli area as well as a nice selection of organic and non-organic produce. Great for big families.”

“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into this”
