“After a long day of traveling, we arrived at our original hotel down the street only to find they had oversold and had no rooms left. I called Marriott at Forrestal Village and they were so accommodating. Aaron at the front desk was kind and got us into a lovely room. When we're back in the area this property will be our top choice.
Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. It is not as updated as some Marriott properties but still fits the bill as a place to sleep at the end of a long day of traveling.
Safety: The hotel is in an isolated, safe location. I felt comfortable parking our car at night.”
“Larger than a typical hotel room. Had conveniences you're not always sure if you're going to get (i.e., fridge, coffee maker: keurig, plenty of lighting, extra bedding materials, large couch & chair, decent sized desk, large dresser & roomy closet with slider-sized mirror, plenty of space around the bathroom sink & good-sized bathroom mirror, hairdryer, iron & board, shower with tub, and luggage holder) and an exit from the room to the outdoors (in place of enclosed patio) but more awesome because it's an entry door that you can use your room key to unlock.
Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). I could eat 10 of those. Honestly.
Wish I brought my bathing suit so I could've tried out their indoor saltwater pool!
If you want to know about tiny (minor nitpicking) details that weren't perfect? Pen in room looked sticky, tub didn't have grippy texture (almost fell when I got out for a second and tried to get back in), couple stains in carpet outside my room, and front desk person didn't know if c-bar restaurant (inside hotel) had dessert on the menu when I called them from my room to ask. The person said I would have to go there to find out - it's right next to the reception desk (vs. 4 to 5 hallway walk for me). On the brighter side (for my belly and wallet), I didn't know about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake the first night cause I would've probably had 15 of them by now.
Rooms: The great parts:

The not-so-great parts:

Safety: As the kind of person who is pretty vigilant about safety, I definitely felt more relaxed here compared to many other hotels I've visited. It's a couple miles out of the way (like 3 or 4 miles from shopping areas), in a largely grassy, campus-like area, and not on directly off a main road.
Food & drinks: Probably the best thing about this hotel was the included breakfast buffet in the morning - wow. Delicious! The second best thing? The Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake from the C-Bar (restaurant/bar inside the hotel). If you love Creme Brulee and the texture of Tiramisu, you will love this cake! Came with fresh strawberry slices, too!
Noteworthy details: The food alone makes this place worth it. I will probably be dreaming about the Red Berry Creme Brulee Cake for a few weeks.”

“Highly recommend this place which has the largest painting ever made by Norman Rockwell and that too behind a bar. It is an amazing painting and worth the price of a visit by itself. The gentleman who oversees this place was kind enough to give us postcards of the painting and I thank him for this gesture.”

“The rooms were quite good. But the kids itchen was closed mid-afternoon on a Saturday. That doesn't work. Also, the smaller North Tower elevator smelled like 1960. Horrible.”

“We spent three wonderful weeks at this hotel and would definitely book it again. The staff was very friendly, attentive, helpful, and left nothing to be desired. The hotel is very centrally located, just a few kilometers from Princeton. Plenty of parking is available. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available. The room was large, with separate living and sleeping areas, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a sink. It was also very clean, and the towels were fluffy. A large selection for the American breakfast was provided.”

“Good location. Clean, quiet, pleasant. Front desk staff was kind, even returned a lunch box I left in the room without hassle. Only annoyance is Remote Key was not granted until I stopped by the front desk.”
“My boyfriend and I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful service every time we stay at your facility. About a week ago we both got food poisoned at a popular Princeton diner downtown and your front desk was able to help us get top notch accomodation and service, at the last unplanned minute. Also we would like to praise your breakfast staff for providing great food and service with a smile, every single time we stay at your hotel.”

“We stayed at the hotel for one night 2 days ago. The room is very spacious. The bathroom door and the room door opened and closed very poorly. Above us there was probably a family with small children who unfortunately made a lot of noise until 10 p.m. But the breakfast was great. Maria prepared us a great French toast with fresh fruit and there was a fresh yogurt bar with blueberries and strawberries. Our best breakfast on our trip to the USA.
The road has probably been rebuilt now. We had no problems getting there. The terrace is also very nice. There was free water and coffee and tea all day.”
“We stayed for an extended stay and were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service of the front desk staff. The cleaning people go above and beyond compared to similar hotels in the area. The only con was that the pool is not open and they advertise that they have a pool.

“If you are for a good location and affordable this is it. The service at the lobby was good. Decent spread for the breakfast. Old building so you get that feel in the room. I intended to buy a water bottle but the people at lobby gave it for free. Good dinner options nearby”
