I can never get anyone on the phone to help me I’ve been on hold a half hour already trying to get a code to log into my online banking?😢

This branch has very poor customer service, they hardly answer phone, staff not knowledgeable, I was on put on hold and shuffle from person to person for 1 hours, no help provided to open simple account. No guidance, went to other bank, was able to open account in 15 minutes.

Not a great service! We have a death certification, original POA with notary etc. still reject. Unfriendly there and not helpful
