“I was at this location today. Originally I had an appointment to open an account. That was changed because of staffing, I understand this happens everywhere,so was still a little put off. Regardless I still needed to do banking for work and self. When I arrived there was someone complaining about time waiting. I found when it was my turn the "one woman" working the counter was calm, steady, focused on me even though I am not yet a Fargo account holder, she treated me like I was their only customer .
