“Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and he also happened to have the same type of back injury and he understood my very severe pain and was very helpful in showing me the best mattresses that would help for my particular needs including cooling layers on a hybrid mattress I ended up getting a nectar mattress and I got a free adjustable bed frame since my mattress was over $700!! The particular bed I chose and those features I also ended up getting 15% off plus $100 off my bed ended up being $900.10! It was way less money than I thought I would have to pay I really enjoyed shopping at mattress firm everyone was nice everyone was knowledgeable and it's just better to be able to lay on a bed and try it out before you buy it I also have the $120 day guarantee if I don't love my mattress after 120 days I am able to return it for another bed I just have to pay the difference and since my second choice was also a nectar mattress I know that no matter what I do I cannot go wrong with mattress firm and nectar mattresses! Thank you to my salesperson Kevin he was very nice😁 also answering all of mine and my fiance's questions my fiance and I came in with our little tiny Maltese dog and they had no trouble with that and I really appreciated that as well as his. knowledge and professionalism and he was just a genuinely nice person it was refreshing to say the least! because a lot of times when you're trying to make a decision that's this big especially when you're going to be sleeping on for 10 years you want someone who is not only knowledgeable but nice and accommodating and answers all your questions I would definitely shop here again if I ever need another mattress! In fact my fiance is coming back to pick another one for our new house and I would recommend them to friends and family absolutely!”
