Everyone is so helpful, no pressure, I had a issue with my couch, had warranty, they no longer make it so I got credit for what I paid to go towards a new couch. They stand by what the sell. Also helps to get the goof protection.

The storeroom was clean & spacious which gave me comfort as I looked around, I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in, everyone was neatly dressed, the prices were reasonable which made me feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of!
