“Shawnt’e was extremely polite and helpful today! She hands down gave my girlfriend the best customer experience to date with the post office. She provided excellent service and possessed the knowledge to make sure our package arrived at the time we needed it to. And at the best possible price. We were quoted as having to spend almost $200, to have the same delivery service done by FedEx. We spent nowhere near that, and our package is expected to be there exactly when we want it to. “I use this FedEx all the time for work, I bring in large, heavy and bulky shipments, hundreds of desk phones, network equipment etc, being shipped back to warehouses around the country. I've never had an issue and I've alway gotten great help with everything. I can use any FedEx on my route to and from jobs but I make sure to use this one because I know the job will be done right with no hassle or problems.”
“Whenever I've gone there to mail a package, the staff were very friendly, polite and professional. Even when I had a problem with a package that never arrived at its destination, the gentleman was able to advise me what I needed to do to try to track/report the package as never delivered. I just wish they didn't have such limited hours of 3p-7p. Would be nice if they were open to the public a bit earlier.”

“It's no secret, in the last 3 years, there have been a lot of changes within the Post Office (to put it one way). However, when mistakes have happened, the Long Valley Post Office has been so helpful, understanding, and professional. They managed to get a package sent to a different Washington rerouted and delivered to me 2 days later. Just now, I checked the tracking for one of my packages, and they managed to get it out for delivery today, minutes after it arrived at the hub. You guys are great! Keep up the awesome work!”
