“Love shopping at the Nordstrom rack. There are Always some fun hidden surprise or another waiting inside. It could be a cute pair of new sandals or a bathing suit to go surfing in the morning. “We came here to shop for back to school. They had a decent selection of shoes in store and the prices were not bad at all! However, the review is for the associates. We were there 08/24/2025 and the three associates that were there (whose names I wish I knew) were so attentive and kind. At one point my five year old was sad because I was helping my oldest look through their shoe sizes and one of the associates went out of their way to ask her what shoes she liked and brought her options to look at so that she felt included. It's difficult to juggle everything specially with an autistic child and I will not forget that this store made the experience positive for us!”

“I shopped here on thursday, 7/16/26 when Christi and Aaron were working and they were the absolute best!! Christi was the one who mostly helped me, got all the sizes I needed or even brought over some jeans I wasnt looking at but happened to try on anyways and were the best fitting jeans for me!! I have quite a hard time finding jeans so that made me so happy. Aaron helped me find shirts I was looking for and rang me up, and made my night with the discounts by surprising me with store coupons I didnt know I would get. Neither of them rushed me out the store either despite me staying a little past close (as I didnt realize the mall closed at 8). They both left a great impression for my first time shopping here”

Exceptional sales service—shout out to Juana—she outfitted me with optimal recommendations and I was able to buy several mix and max outfits for my new job and for leisure!!!! Fantastic quality clothing—also generous selection of overstock from Macy’s brand stores.
Because of the sinkhole issues on route 80 I had avoided the mall for quite some time BUT the great news is that I was able to reach the mall heading west at exit 35A before the highway is closed!
I’m so happy I did! So worth the drive!!!! Shout out to the friendly staff in all the departments I walked by it’s so nice to be warmly greeted! I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager pictured here with permission to post granted! ?

I found this beautiful Anne Klein dress and it’s for a Fall wedding in October. It’s stunning, comfortable, elegant, velvet and was in the Last Act section. ? tremendous sale!
My tip is if you find it…buy it! If you don’t it’s likely to be bought by someone else before you can make it back to the store again.
