Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”
“Auto body work is not cheap, even with insurance and rental car. They took a $100 off the cash job. It was supposed to be 800, and they only charged me 700 plus had an out-of-pocket fee with the insurance company. It was a good job. Car was done on time and it was clean, like I said, auto body work is not cheap. You need insurance. And I would recommend Victoria to anybody.”
“I recently had the pleasure of having my dented Lexus es350 repaired at Car Kraft of Englewood. My estimator, Ethan was able to see me immediately. His estimate was thorough and I received a written estimate within a few hours. While it was not the least expensive (it was literally the average of the highest and lowest of three), I felt it was reasonable. The work was to have taken a week to week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in four days. The work was immaculate and the cost was 20% less than the estimate. Finally, no one at Car Kraft asked me to write a review. I can recommend this business without reservation.”

“Fantastic experience with Mazzola’s Auto Body! Mike and Rich were both friendly and welcoming. I don’t think I met Jack. They worked quickly with my insurance company to get the repair approved, ordered the parts right away, and then made quick work of the repair itself, using parts directly from Hyundai instead of aftermarket parts. I dropped the car off to them on Monday and it was ready by Friday. The quality of work is outstanding and my car looks great, like nothing ever happened. They even cleaned it and vacuumed the interior. I highly recommend Mazzola’s and will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need body work done.”

Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
