“Auto body work is not cheap, even with insurance and rental car. They took a $100 off the cash job. It was supposed to be 800, and they only charged me 700 plus had an out-of-pocket fee with the insurance company. It was a good job. Car was done on time and it was clean, like I said, auto body work is not cheap. You need insurance. And I would recommend Victoria to anybody.”
“I recently had the pleasure of having my dented Lexus es350 repaired at Car Kraft of Englewood. My estimator, Ethan was able to see me immediately. His estimate was thorough and I received a written estimate within a few hours. While it was not the least expensive (it was literally the average of the highest and lowest of three), I felt it was reasonable. The work was to have taken a week to week and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back in four days. The work was immaculate and the cost was 20% less than the estimate. Finally, no one at Car Kraft asked me to write a review. I can recommend this business without reservation.”
