  The staff at this bank are both professional and courteous. The location is excellent with various eateries nearby. Overall, great banking experience.

  Christina Wanas, the supervisor, provided excellent customer service. She was able to quickly resolve an issue I wasn’t able to take care of on the phone, despite talking to multiple people. She went above and beyond and worked quickly. If she ever left Provident, I would follow her!
