“once i got there and realized that it was wholesale only, i was about to turn around and leave. i needed to find a replacement hinge for a kitchen cabinet that had been installed in my mother's house 45+ years ago. then i thought, "what do i have to lose?". i went in and waited until the counter guy had helped all the contractors there and then asked him if he could point me to a retail store that might be able to sell me a replacement hinge. he took one look at it and said, "oh yeah, there's a box of old stock over there on the table, take what you need.". no kidding, there were a dozen EXACT same ones in the same color!!! i only took a couple, never know when someone else like me might get lucky enough to walk in there. thanks a million!!”

“I live equidistant to Home Depot and American Royal Hardware, but I always go to these guys. It's small so I don't have to walk a million miles and spend half a day trying to find things. Parking is convenient and, I can even stop go get some food or coffee at some of the places on the street while I'm there. The service is great and the prices are competitive. Ultimately it's about the service, though. You simply can't find a lot of places like this anymore. I don't have to look for help; help just magically appears!”
“Throughout the years I have only been in there a few times I don't frequent it often but each time I do go in there the workers are extremely helpful and friendly and they listen to you and what your needs are and they do accommodate you by pointing out what is the best item for you and they explain how to use it I will always count on this place as long as I live in this area they are pretty good I advise everyone to go there”

“This hardware store sell the good, effective soft bait, rat poison that come in the square snowy looking little bags they don't sell in Home Depot or other local hardware stores. Amazon sells it but they don't allow shipping of it to my region. This poison is the best because IMO they attract the rats and mice the better than others, and wipe them out from your home. The employee were very helpful and patient with me.”

“Our family recently purchased a house with no window coverings. After a few failed attempts with other companies, we happened to run into Ryan while buying paint. He was very knowledgeable and came out that week to look at our windows and do preliminary measurements. Once the window coverings came in, the installation was scheduled quick and Vic was great while doing the install. Ryan and Vic were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing help.”

“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”
