They are friendly and actually enjoy what they do. Joe is the best and brightens up my day every time I see him. Its rare to find someone who shows that much joy in life. Keep up the great work.”

“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”
“I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! I really appreciate her help and service! God bless you!”
“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”
“The Cedar Grove post office is one of the best run ones around. During my most recent visit, the service was prompt, courteous and professional; the clerk (I don't know his name) is very knowledgeable and helpful.”
“I went to this location today and omg we received an outstanding service. The US postal worker covering the service lobby desk helped us with 5 applications even made copies for us. I was nervous at first thinking i would get the same service as in Lincoln Park where the employees are very rude, not helping you and sending you back. I was referred to this location by family and I am so glad. These employees at this location love helping people God bless them. Way to go Bloomingdales USPS, thank you for your service! You have a lot of potential in growing!”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place.So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”
“In all the chaos the Coronavirus has created, the Pompton Plains Postal worker who attempted to answer my phone questions patiently tried to help me despite a long line at the counter. I inadvertently discarded a tracking number to a pkg I had mailed and was seeking his assistance to track the location of the pkg. Without the tracking number, there wasn't anything he could do to help me, but he was extremely patient and kind on the phone.”
“The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”

“I love having this little outpost so close to home. There are rarely lines and everyone is nice. I enjoy coming to this post office.For people complaining about them being randomly closed, its because the main branch is short staffed, so whoever would be at Broad St has to work at the main one.BTW, the post office is not tax payer funded, they are self-funded.”
“I just relocated and wasn’t sure which office to go to as they all have terrible reviews online. I stopped by yesterday to use the priority mail service. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter friendly and very helpful staff. I look forward to going to this location for any of my postal needs.”
“They were extremely helpful, and service was very quick even though it was busy! They even offered to order stamps for me to pick up in the post office, if they didn't have the specific stamps I needed. (I came in to buy a very large quantity of stamps for my business.) The negative reviews are all from years ago, and as far as I'm concerned this post office location is wonderful now!”

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“I have been using/visiting this post office for almost 8 years now since I moved to Kinnelon and frankly refuse to go to any other post office. The people that work here are PEOPLE - they care about you and they care about their jobs and they take so much pride in what they are doing that it makes other post offices irrelevant in my mind. The people that work here SMILE, and despite the stress involved in their daily routines and despite the stresses of having to work no matter what the weather may be - THEY SMILE. If this post office ever gets into financial trouble and the government decides they shouldn't exist, I will personally start a movement to secure their financial standing or I will personally employ these people in my own business because their work ethic, attitude and demeanor pleasantly and confidently exude calmness, confidence and success. Every other post office and postal worker should spend one day with this post office and it's employees to truly understand how things should be done in life and how people should treat one another. I would give the shirt off my back for these people.”

“Very sweet and helpful staff. it is a small location so be prepared to wait in a line. But the staff is very quick at service, they will answer all your questions and will help you with whatever postal needs you have. The location is a bit weird, you have to go around to find this post office and first time when I was driving to it, I actually did not find it.”
