“I can't comment on any other employee, but for years, Bob has been a consistently outstanding employee. He's nice, polite and professional - an attitude that seems to be from a bygone era. If only all employees (USPS or not) were like him!”
“Lady clerk is very nice, always helpful with any questions I have. Always smiling with extremely pleasant attitude. I wish she stays for a long time in my home town. The postal management tend to move them around from time to time I don't know why.”

“Idk what's up with that fake review but there is no bike parking. It's just for cars. It's really sad the city of Wayne should really install a full length sidewalk on pompton plain crossroad to make it more accessible by foot. It would be better for the environment to make the city more walkable and better for our health.
On the bright side this location keeps the lobby open on Saturdays just to drop off mail securely. No attendants that day but the mail drop off remains open.
Like most USPS they are short staffed so things might take a while if you have some old folks ahead of you figuring things out but overall okay experience dropping off mail here.
Oh I do think there should be better signage for the passport line. That part is kinda confusing. I saw an older gentleman that unfortunately had to be redirected after waiting in the passport line bc it seems like it's all the same for mail stuff.”
