The tellers, managers, and Bank President are all really nice and helpful.
A yr ago when I was overseas, there was a slight problem with my account. A manager texted me and the President emailed me.
Usually, you can walk in and ask questions and/or do a sit down.
The only time you need to call and make an appointment is with their financial assistant.. he works in several different banks. He only shows up there for appointments.”
