I had a problem With my card so I called the bank. I told them my problem and they just hung up on me and didn’t say anything. This happened to me three times. This is ridiculous.

Small bank keeping human interaction alive in this day in age where everything is digitalization and automated. Friendly and warm inviting. This is were my banking needs are met.
