Actually no stars. This company Covigen Medtox Labs, Inc., is sending me unwanted, unsolicited COVID test kits every month and charges Medicare $96 each time! I have reported it to Medicare but they do not seem to care. Unbelievable fraud! They provide a "customer service" phone number to call but no one answers!

This place and those involved are scamming Medicare out of thousands of dollars. I cannot understand why medicare has not been in contact with a federal law enforcement agency to put a stop to this fraud

The company sent covid test kits that were not ordered or authorized. Then billed Medicare. I returned the kits and I reported it to Medicare as fraud.
