“Their main floor area is small ish and dominated by comics, though they have a decent selection of board games... extremely good compared to most comic shops I've been to. My main reason to go is not for comics, but for card games (TCGs). My son loves Pokemon and I play MTG. They have a surprisingly spacious and (by game store standards) exceptionally well kept basement play area. The store has a somewhat limited but fair priced singles selection. The best reason to go, putting aside and preferences for player communities/friends' preferences, the prices for sealed products are the best around. Owner sets prices based on MSRP, not market prices (I think), so prices are consistently lower.”
“Truly awesome! They have a wide variety of comics from DC, Marvel, Image comics, and other major publishers. The comic guys are very knowledgeable and have elite ball knowledge so you can trust what they say. You can place holds for books and order and pick up certain comics through calling which is great if you're stuck in the middle of the ocean but you want the new Ben 10 issue. Overall, AWESOME STORE!”

“Dr Saslow is a genuine professional and could seemingly do his job blindfolded. He has worked in precious metals and coin purchasing / sales for over 40 years and his wisdom was on full display.
My friend and I visited him last week to sell a variety of silver coins and with a mere glance (and double check) the good Dr. deftly categorized our entire batch, gave us back ones not worth more than their domination and advised us what the individual coins were worth in each group. He then, with accuracy and aplomb, and added up each stack, multiplied the per coin value by the total number in each stack to arrive at a set of subtotals. Our grand total was $1736 and we were thrilled with both his speed and knowledge.
Overall I’ve had quite a pleasurable experience performed by a master of his craft and we're thrilled to offer this testament to his excellence. Highly recommended!”
“Been buying and selling gold and silver for 35 years. I have sold thousands of dollars worth of coins and jewelry to the owner or his son in law. Both are honest and give very good prices. They even have been willing to haggle a bit to increase the price. Without haggling they beat every single jewelry store and place that claims to buy estates by A LOT OF MONEY. The jewelry stores near this location have both offered me less than half of what I ended up getting from Richmond County Rare Coins. You are not going to find anyone on Staten Island who will offer you more or even come close to the high prices these guys offer.”
