After two previous visits, one being a walk-in and another an appointment that had to be rescheduled due to short staffing… I was beginning to feel a bit frustrated. But the moment I walked in on the third time, Lovida greeted me with a cheerful smile and made me feel completely at ease. Not only was she warm and friendly, but she was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. “Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

Though this post office can use an upgrade/ renovation, the older gentleman who works at the counter is super sweet and very helpful. “This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

“I go here several times a month to mail out packages. It's usually quick and easy though it can get crowded after 5pm. The staff are great. The tall guy is super nice and the lady is usually fine as well. Never had any issues with my packages.”
