“I lived at Chadwick Village for 6 years. I enjoyed how spacious my unit was with ample walk-in closet space. Maintenance was always responsive with all of my requests. The community is quiet and clean. Overall, I had a pleasant experience there.”
“Troy King is temporary, but after 4 months of no heat he shows up and in one hour doesn’t leave until it got warm in my apartment. It would make sense to hire someone (like him) who has knowledge about HVAC and maintenance knowledge.”

“This is a great place to live! I lived here twice in the past and spent 2-3 years each time. What I love: The quiet! The maintenance team! The turnaround time is quick for maintenance and they are kind people that don't treat you like a number. They are truly concerned about fixing the issue. They get to know you and wave when they see you. The landscaping is always on point especially during inclement weather. The complex is in a residential area with nearby shopping/restaurants/pharmacy in walking distance. I highly recommend Laurel Hill Apartments. I would return here if my situation were to change.”
