Horrible experience I have to contact maintenance every other week for the bathtub not draining and the sink leaking. Had to get a cat to get rid of the mice. The carpet has holes in it from the mice. No one ever came to fix it. Mind you I’m an tenant for 7 years!

Troy King is temporary, but after 4 months of no heat he shows up and in one hour doesn’t leave until it got warm in my apartment. It would make sense to hire someone (like him) who has knowledge about HVAC and maintenance knowledge.

Took 3 weeks to fix my heat in the middle of winter and 5 days to send someone to fix my flooding bathroom. Now they're refusing to fix the water damaged floors caused by the flooding. If you have the option to live somewhere else then you should. Only love in if you have no other options.
