On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.

“I must say i absolutely loved the service I received. I called in the day before got my tow scheduled for 12-1 and (Steve) I believe the man’s name was came early! I loved the help I received towing my vehicle from one point to another after several disappointing and frustrating days going back and forth with my warranty company and dealerships. Would 100% recommend to anyone a the prices are reasonable I was quoted $125 to tow during the day which is extremely reasonable. Very happy and would use Flanagan’s towing services again if I had to!”

“They did an amazing job helping me out while I was stuck in the parking lot and the fleet company messed up pretty much twice and they got to me as soon as possible. Trustworthy, super polite and very professional. Even with a difficult driveway to back in that had a tree hanging over on one side and not wanting to damage my car They accidentally hit my mailbox but immediately replaced it for me with a brand new one. Not many people would go above and beyond that way. I would recommend them every day of the week.”

“Haven't had any repairs done but went here for my car inspection and was able to get it done while I waited (minimal wait). obviously your experience may vary if you come on a busy day or there are two other people that came in before you asking for the same thing etc.

“Michael did an amazing job on my 2010 Subaru when I was hit in the rear. He was beyond professional in handling my claim, very detailed about the work to be done and the turn around time was exactly on point!!! He answered all my questions My car was is in excellent condition when I was hit in the rear and when he finished it looked beautiful! The blending of the paint and the fitting of the rear bumper, trunk, the rear glass, all Subaru insignias, replacing the rear inside trunk casing for my extra tire/rim were impeccable. Michael is also beyond knowledgeable about car repair having been in the business a long time! Happy to see his son continuing the high quality auto shop and i have to assume his staff is equally caring about the work they do. I was also referred to him by former customers who are friends and neighbors here in Maple Shade. If you need any body work done, and not just accident repair, l beyond highly recommend Michael's! $10 bucks to take the piece I wanted (the top glove box of a 2008 Hyundai Elantra) out.
I loved the experience, but it's not for everyone. Not recommended for youngsters due to the broken glass and sharp exposed metal, for example. The cars are lined up quite nicely, which made it easy to take a stroll through them and find the one I needed.
I walked out happy, so HIGHLY recommend it.”
