I think this wonderful great little place. The instructor Janet, is wonderful and gives you great one on one attention, which is great!!!

I have been doing Pilates with Janet for 10 years an it is my stress release, my strength, my one constant even through injuries. I don't know what I would do with my Pilates..... Janet is the very best!!!
