“I recently had an issue with my sink. The hole formed in the pipe, Needless to say water was everywhere. This occurred on a Sunday. I was informed that staff had left for the day. I assumed that the issue would not be handle until Monday. Moments after I put in a maintanance request Pedro was at my door. He expedited the request. Pedro kept me informed of everything which needed to the done as he ventured in and out of the unit to get various parts and supplies. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Such a great job!”

“I have been living in the building for the past two years and have found the Handymen staff, Luis, Erick, & Dawa superb both in their skills and response to any repairs I have needed in my apartment. Despite the concierge staff, Joshua, Roberto, Tai, and Ahmad being submerged by Amazon deliveries everyday, they provide a very positive and caring environment. They show personal interest in the many issues tenants express and the support I received after the loss of my beautiful dog Blanca will always be remembered. They are very well liked by all of us. The doormen, Vinko, Abdool, & Frankie greet me warmly and always concerned with my well-being. They are always present to assist me with heavy deliveries and make certain disabled tenants are safely escorted to the elevator. There is a positive relationship with the concierge staff and both work effectively to handle all the daily tasks required. The porter staff, too many to mention, maintain the building with pride and handle the difficult issues confronting them daily with tenants inappropriate disposal of recycling and garbage appropriately. The amenities are kept safe and spotless. Rafael, Service Manager, keeps Murray Hill Tower efficiently running daily.

“Soho's management team has been wonderful to work with. They take your issues as a resident seriously. I had an issue with my dishwasher that Samantha resolved quickly, and a separate issue that Julian resolved effectively.
Giselle and Quann at the front desk are wonderful. Always warm and welcoming. Chris from maintenance is another friendly face that always helps in any way he can.
In addition to everyone's commitment to being kind and making the lofts feel like home, the complex itself is just beautiful and I find myself using the amenities often. I absolutely love living here.”

“We love living here! And in addition to the amenities which are fantastic what really makes it special is the staff. They are amazing!! Shekinah in the leasing office and Michael. His name is escaping me but we also have the best security/front desk staff who knows residents by name and he is always so kind! Management is always responsive and repairs are timely, repair men are friendly and helpful. Plus the events! My favorite has been the paint and sip with Tiffany. We had a great time! Hope to continue seeing those! They have workout classes every week, yoga on the roof, chess. This was our first apartment after college, and it’s been a great experience :) Thank you Estela and team and to anyone considering highly recommend!!”
“After three days, and over 20 apartment tours with numerous realty agents, it was such a breath of fresh air to work with Michael at 300 East 39th Street. He was not only knowledgeable and friendly, but really wanted to help us find the best apartment. He walked us through the process and showed us all our options on his computer. We then were able to tour apartments like the ones which were in our price range and size requirements. The best part…since we were running straight to the airport to catch our flight, he offered to help us using his computer to fill out the application and make the deposit. I left there with a huge sense of comfort knowing that my children will be in good hands when they “hopefully” move into the building after being approved. I recommend 300 East 39th and Michael to anybody looking for a fabulous apartment and great customer service.
I would like to give a big shoutout to Michael’s counterpart Shawn at Murray Hill Towers who was amazing as well. He didn’t have any apartments available for us, but could not have been more informative, helpful and friendly.”

Also, it’s so convenient since the NJ transit bus station is nearby. Definitely recommend to everyone who’s looking for a nice community to stay!”

“I've been living at Meridia Park Ave since Summer 2022, and it's been lovely!
At least since I've been here, the building maintenance has been very ontop of things, and I and all tenants have always quickly notified of any building-wide issues that occur. In addition, all of my own unit's minor issues (eg. drain blockage, bathroom door jam) have been fixed/dealt with swiftly and smoothly.
One great thing I'd love to highlight about living at Meridia is the location of the building: there's a nice, small park just a block away with a beautiful view of Manhattan, places to chill and sit, as well as a dog park. As a resident with a dog, it's especially convient!
Also, shoutout to Betzy who is absolutely incredible and does an amazing job making sure that both tenants are well-taken care of and newcomers are well-informed and welcomed :)”

“Heart warming story: we lost our dog on our roommate’s birthday party. However, we were lucky enough that we found our dog within a very short period of time, thanks to the stuffs, manager, and the residents here. A stranger found our dog on the street, and delivered him back to the building. The stuff was able to figure out that he was ours dog. The stuff, manager, and a resident kept him safe and sound until we got to our dog. One of the JP group chat was also posting about our lost dog. The community here is really nice and caring. A lot of people here have a dog, so everyone looks out for each other a lot.
I just want to thank the doorman, manager the and residents who helped out during this incident, without you guys help, a night of celebration would turn into disaster.”

“Hotel was so easy to work with in advance of arrival - my emails were answered right away with everything I needed/asked for. We had a 1 bedroom suite - just the right size and a kitchen that was exactly what we needed to make our own food when we didn’t go out. Front desk service was really good, really professional, just what we wanted from a serviced building. Housekeeping, only once a week, did a fantastic job as well. Laundry is in the basement, machines are new and they work very well. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon.”
