The concierge: Mike, Arnold, and Coran have been fantastic and helpful. They always greet you at the lobby and super helpful. Mike was the first person I met when I officially moved to 77 Park over 2 years ago. Coolest guy and knows the building very well.

We’ve lived here for over two years and absolutely love it! The building is well run from the concierge service to maintenance. All of the building staff are super friendly. Also, very clean common area spaces and dog friendly!
