Great gym and trainers! They're all very knowledgeable and do a great job motivating me to get healthy. All the trainers work as a team and cater my workout routine based on my needs. I would highly recommend Fresh!

I had such a great time here. Jake was awesome and really helped keep me motivated. The environment was super chill and everyone there was really nice. I actually had fun while working out, which made it so much easier to stay consistent. Definitely a good place if you want to get stronger and enjoy it at the same time!

I started at Fresh almost 1 year ago with the goal of getting myself fit and building strength. Rob and Jake have been fantastic at helping me achieve my goals. The facility is clean, well equipped and the entire staff creates a positive environment. Great place to reach your fitness goals!

I found Fresh PT after years of trying to make a strength training program and stick to it. I bought the dumbbells and the apps and followed the influencers but I never knew if I was doing the right things so I would give up. I finally decided it was time to outsource the whole thing. I’ve been working with Jake for 6 months and it’s been great. I look forward to going, I’m noticeably stronger, and all I have to do is show up and he tells me what to do. Highly recommend!

Rob was great and very responsive over text, and answered all my questions I had. He made me feel welcome and comfortable at the gym. Mike was a wonderful trainer, really focused on my form and correcting me, seemed very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend either of them for personal training!

As someone who has always struggled to find a fitness routine that I can stick to, I cannot recommend Fresh Personal Training enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt included and welcomed by the friendly staff. The atmosphere was not intimidating, and I immediately felt at ease.My trainer, Sage, was fantastic. She listened to my goals and tailored each workout to challenge me while also being mindful of my limitations. Her positive attitude and encouragement made me want to push myself harder, and I always left feeling accomplished and motivated.The workouts themselves were varied and engaging. Sage incorporated a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises, which kept things interesting and helped me see progress in all areas of my fitness.My experience at Fresh Personal Training has been nothing short of excellent. The inclusive environment, great workouts with Sage, and the desire to consistently come back have made it easy for me to stick to my fitness goals. I highly recommend Fresh Personal Training to anyone looking for a supportive and effective fitness experience.

To say going to Fresh Personal Training has been life changing would be an understatement! What I thought was going to be an attempt to get in shape has been so much more. Sam is an amazing trainer who knows when to push while understanding your abilities. I have seen a significant change over the past 8 months at Fresh in both my physical appearance but also a change in my mobility and overall wellness. In additions to working out, Fresh has totally changed my mindset about food choices and encouraged me to live an overall healthy lifestyle that is realistic for me to achieve. Fresh has a very welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness and many members of the Fresh staff now feel like family.

I wanted to get back into the gym with the help of a personal trainer and came across Fresh PT, very glad I did as it was a great find. I have been training with Jake for the past 4 months and have seen a ton of personal improvement. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and I get a workout that challenges me every time while learning quite a bit about why we are doing various exercises. He's also very encouraging during the workouts and I would highly recommend him as a trainer.Rob (the owner) was usually around and always very nice. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

As someone who has never worked with a personal trainer before- I was a little apprehensive going into a setting that I was not familiar with. Rob and the rest of his team made sure I felt so comfortable, and really got to know all of my problem areas when it came to working out. I have recently been working out with TJ, who not only has a great personality- but takes his profession seriously. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and has been able to show me a variety of ways to do workouts to ensure my safety. I would recommend Fresh Personal Training to anyone looking for a fun, inviting, and energetic atmosphere!

I’ve been training with Cate for about 6 months. Before that, my daughter has been training with her for years. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2020, and when I finished therapy, I started seeing Cate. Cate has been patient with me as I have gotten stronger. And I have gotten stronger! She knows how to push me and when I need a break. I can say that her help has been instrumental in my success. I’ve lost weight. I got on the scale and I was amazed that it told me that I was the same weight as high school when I played football. I look forward to working out with her, and even when I work out at home Cate has given me strategies that I use by myself. I can honestly say that working with Cate has been a life changing experience.
