“Long story short: skip the big box stores and go here, you won't regret it... Outstanding family owned business with great pricing and customer service!Long story long: I had an appliance break and needed it same-day. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot and PC Richards first and they didn't have anything in stock and weren't even able to give me a timeline for delivery. I was lucky enough to find Jem on Google... not only did they have a good selection actually on their premises but their pricing was good as well. The customer service was great and I was able to even deal directly with one of the members of the family that owns the business. Where can you really find that these days? The buying process was quick and easy, no pressure, no drama. Zelle, check, or cash is preferred. I don't believe they install but they do deliver to a pretty extensive area. Not the easiest location to find but definitely worth it. Give them a call, support a great local family business!”

“This review is long overdue.I'm very grateful for Fred's small engine. I have been going there for at least 10 years. Every time I walk in or call, I feel like Norm from Cheers. (Danny) I buy 90 percent of my equipment there. They take the time to explain every detail about the machine, paperwork, and maintenance and answer every question I have. I take all my equipment to get repaired there, and I never had any issues with any repairs. Overall, I highly recommend going there.”
