After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless.
