“Amazing venue. I booked it twice for my bachelorette party and wedding a day apart. It worked out great! The staff was very helpful. The building’s historical vibes really make the pictures unique. We were close to 200 people and it didn’t feel crammed at all. Louis in particilar was amazing with all of his help. He really understood me and helped a lot! I would definitely recommend it.”

The owner was respectful, communicative, and very accommodating especially when we received news that a snowstorm was coming on the day of the event. The space is clean and stocked with amenities such as a big variety of table sizes, heating mats for catering, built in sound system and wifi-enabled monitors for displaying a logo or graphic. The layout of the venue is perfect for hosting, with one large party space and then a bar off on its own. Then, the staff enhances the venue even more…accommodating, kind, friendly, helpful and more. For a kids party (like ours) a milestone celebration of even a small wedding - book here!”
“I’m so happy to write this review! I was planning a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. I was not familiar with the area near the wedding venue. I specifically wanted a location to accommodate 50+ people and allow me to bring in my own alcohol. I found The Warehouse online. Right from the start, I was greeted warmly by Lisa, who was able to talk me through the space, menu, staffing, pricing, etc. She patiently answered my litany of questions, worked within my budget, and presented me with a menu and plan for the evening. In a nutshell, the food was fantastic, the space was beautiful (shabby chic/rustic), very comfortable for the group. The staff managing our dinner, led by Noemi, was superb! She attended to every detail, beautifully displayed the bar options, food, and desserts. Not a detail was missed! We never felt rushed in anyway. I highly recommend The Warehouse for any event!”

I had a great experience at YCI! My sister recently held her wedding here, and it was obvious from the moment we were greeted by Dee that we were in expert hands. The space is large and convenient, but the real highlight was the hospitality.
Parking: It can be a little tough since there isn't a dedicated lot right at the door, but there is one within a short walking distance.
I highly recommend YCI to anyone looking to host an event in NJ. I’ll definitely be back!”
“In just a few days, the upcoming Lunar New Year brings the Year of the Dragon on February 10th among East and Southeast Asian cultures. It’s fifth in the 12-animal Chinese zodiac cycle and the only animal that’s a mythical creature. This afternoon, my partner and I arrived at the Woodland, located off of Woodland Road in Maplewood, to celebrate Lunar Fest NJ 2024—Maplewood Arts & Culture. Completed in 1930, the Georgian Revival-style mansion and adjoining auditorium have been a hub for Maplewood’s vibrant cultural and civic life for over eight decades. The unique event features lion dance, performances representing Chinese, Mongolian, Thali, and Korean cultures, children's activities, and delicious food trucks, which brought out the crowd.”
